Charg d Affaires Fang Kun attended the first phase of the Lecture Hall with Chinese Characteristic

On December 19th, the first phase of the "Lecture Hall with Chinese Characteristics" was held in Seoul, hosted by the "Chinese Bridge" Club Seoul Center, and co-organized by China Construction Bank Seoul Branch and China Southern Airlines Korea Marketing Center. Fang Kun, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Chinese Embassy in South Korea, attended the event and delivered a keynote speech, and Yoo Jae-run, former Vice President of Samsung Group China, Lee Jung-eun, Director of the Seoul Center of the "Chinese Bridge" Club, Ai Hongge, Minister Counselor of the Education Department of the Embassy, and more than 100 friendly people from the political, business and academic circles of China and South Korea attended the event.

In his speech, Fang Kun said that China and South Korea are close neighbors and inseparable partners that cannot be moved. Over the past 31 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, China-ROK relations have developed rapidly, bringing tremendous benefits and tangible benefits to the two countries and peoples. At present, the international situation is complex, and China-ROK relations are also facing many difficulties and challenges. China and the ROK should uphold the original aspiration of establishing diplomatic relations and the original intention of establishing a strategic cooperative partnership, adhere to the way of neighborly coexistence based on trust, harmony, kindness and good-neighborliness, eliminate interference, communicate and cooperate, work together and move in the same direction, promote the deepening and practical cooperation between China and the ROK in the political, economic and trade, people-to-people and cultural fields, and jointly maintain the stability and smoothness of the industrial chain of the two countries, so as to better achieve win-win development.

Fang Kun stressed that the current momentum of world economic recovery is insufficient, and all countries need to work together to seek common development. China will always be an important opportunity for the world's development, and will be more determined to promote high-level opening-up, and continue to promote economic globalization in a more open, inclusive, inclusive, balanced and win-win direction. "When the world is good, China will be good;If China is good, the world will be better. "China will continue to solidly promote Chinese-style modernization with high-quality development, so that win-win cooperation can benefit the world and create a bright future of openness and prosperity.

Supported by the Center for Language Exchange and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education and hosted by the Seoul Center of the Chinese Bridge Club, the "Chinese Bridge Lecture Hall" aims to promote substantive cooperation and exchanges between China and South Korea in more fields and create a new platform and window for bilateral exchanges.
