After the traffic police arrived at the scene, Xu Moumou suddenly drove away and was intercepted by the traffic police at the intersection of Dawangqiao Road. The traffic police repeatedly asked Xu Moumou to get out of the car for investigation, but he refused to cooperate and forcibly accelerated to flee the scene, causing damage to the police car. At about 0:30 on December 9, Xu Moumou arrived at the case and was tested to have a blood alcohol content of 1248mg 100ml, non-toxic. The person confessed to the above-mentioned illegal and criminal facts.
At present, Xu Moumou has been criminally detained by the Chaoyang Public Security Bureau in accordance with the law on suspicion of dangerous driving and obstruction of official business, and the case is under further investigation.
