Zheng Qinghua, male, Han nationality, born in January 1969, from Shengzhou, Zhejiang, is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, an expert in the field of artificial intelligence, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the president of Tongji University (vice minister level), and deputy secretary of the Party Committee.

Tong Xiaohua, male, Han nationality, born in February 1971, from Dongxiang District, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, vice president of Tongji University, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Surveying, Mapping and Geographic Information of Tongji University.

Tong Xiaohua's main research interests are deep space exploration remote sensing and visual positioning and navigation, high-resolution satellite (optical, laser, etc.) photogrammetry processing, aerospace surveying and mapping remote sensing, space data quality and credibility, remote sensing and GIS applications in the North and South poles, smart cities and artificial intelligence.
