Recently, the Organization Department of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a notice on determining the outstanding counties (cities, districts) and red property communities of red properties in 2023, among which the Binjiang Phoenix City Community in Jishui County was awarded the 2023 Red Property Community.
It is understood that the Binjiang Phoenix City Community was completed and put into use in 2019, with a total construction area of 363,200 square meters and a green area of 56,37648 square meters, divided into two districts, A and B, a total of 43 buildings, 1,824 households, and a permanent population of 2,864 people. On July 20, 2022, the Jishui County Greening Committee awarded the Binjiang Phoenix City Community the title of "Jishui County Garden-style Residential Area", and was successfully selected as a provincial-level "red property" community.
In order to promote the construction of "red property", give full play to the party's political and organizational advantages, and promote the integration of property services into community governance, the property service enterprise in the community established the Jiangxi Runmei Wanjia Property Service Branch Committee on March 2, 2022, and the Owners Committee on June 20, 2023. It has built a high-standard party-mass service station, established a management system of "good-neighborly micro-deliberations" for grid members, stationmasters, and building chiefs, carried out weekly meetings, and stationmasters and residents faced each other, implemented tripartite collection, five-party deliberations, and six-party handling of national actions, conveyed the party's voice, and served the masses with heart. Since 2023, the party branch of the property has participated in the mediation of 12 conflicts and disputes, improved the smart security system through artificial intelligence, big data and other technologies, and improved the sense of security of residents.
In order to continuously promote the co-construction, co-governance and sharing of the community, the party branch of the property, together with the housing and construction, the Chengnan community, and the community owners committee, held large-scale themed cultural and artistic activities in traditional festivals and major festivals such as the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day, which improved the participation rate of the owners, enriched the spiritual life of the residents, deepened the emotional communication between the community and the residents, and contributed to the construction of the Wumei community of the "Five Hearts Melting City".
Under the leadership of the "red property" party building, the satisfaction of residents in the community has been improved with red characteristics and party building temperature, and the property management service level of the community has been significantly improved, and the quality and efficiency of urban grassroots social governance have been continuously promoted.
