Jindan Dao refers to the cultivation path that does not violate the way of heaven congenitally; A person who has truly cultivated the golden pill can tolerate heaven and earth, be one with the universe, and heaven is also among them, how can he be limited to the position of the imperial horse supervisor? Bi Ma Wen represents the acquired horse breeding, and pursues the way of time; To practice the Heavenly Time is to think that the true Yang Qi is not enough and needs to be warmed up. If the true Yang Qi is sufficient, the Huandan has been solid, and the foundation has been established, it is precisely when it is necessary to establish another universe, rebuild the Ding Furnace, and make great achievements, then there is no need to pursue the Heavenly Time. Otherwise, if you take this as a long-term plan, it is directly in the place where the avenue starts, and become a place for the gods to rest, how can it be different from the position of the horse? Don't you know that the so-called Great Pole of the human world has not yet entered the stream for the Heavenly Palace, and it is not the real Great Dao from beginning to end after all. The commentary says: "A hundred feet are not moving, although it is not true." A hundred feet of progress is more progressive, and the world of the ten directions is the whole body. Take it easy and find the middle way.

Knowing the big and knowing the small, there is rigidity and softness is holy; It's only big but not small, and it's a demon if it's just not soft. The difference between the holy and the demon is whether or not you know the balance between size and size. "Masculine is too strong, dryness has not melted, self-sufficiency, only knowing oneself and not knowing anyone, how can there be people?
