Qiao Guanhua was born in 1913, the family was a landlord in the past, and then began to engage in business, his father was a local gentry, it can be said that he has a small family background, and Qiao Guanhua showed a smart mind at a very young age, it is not an exaggeration to say that he never forgets, therefore, when he was 6 years old, his father sent him to private school, and then all the way to primary school, middle school and middle school, his grades have always been very good, to junior high school and high school also skipped several grades, at the age of 16, he entered Tsinghua University to study philosophy, when he was the youngest student of that class. In 1933, he went to Japan for further study, and at the same time began to engage in the revolutionary movement, two years later he went to Germany to study, and it took just over a year to obtain a doctorate, which happened to be on the eve of the outbreak of World War II, the international situation was very tense, and he also studied the representative works of military theorists in Germany. It was not until 1937 that Qiao Guanhua learned that the domestic situation was critical and immediately found a way to return to Hong Kong. 
In 1939, he became a party member, and then began to establish the China News Agency, until the end of 1941, when the Japanese army landed in Hong Kong, Qiao Guanhua and others also left here to look for guerrillas in the Dongjiang River. In the autumn of the second year, he came to Chongqing "Xinhua**" alone as the editor-in-chief, and in the process of work, he got acquainted with ***, and the relationship between the two has been very good. In 1943, when Qiao Guanhua was hospitalized for acute peritonitis, ** also went to visit him in person.
