Stretching is a daily compulsory course for everyone who loves sports. In our quest for vitality and health, stretching provides essential flexibility and injury protection for our muscles. Below, let me give you a breakdown of eight basic but very effective stretches.

First, shoulder stretching, placing one arm across the head and gently pulling the elbow with the other hand, with moderate force, can effectively relieve shoulder and neck tension. Next, the deltoid stretch involves extending one arm horizontally to the other side and gently pressing with the opposite hand to feel the stretch on the outside of the shoulder.

The third essential movement is the sideways stretch. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, stretch one arm up, then lean to the other side and do the same on the other side, which helps to stretch the lower back and flank muscles. This is followed by a chest stretch, which can be done by holding the door frame with both hands, and then leaning forward to feel the stretch of the chest muscles.

Moving below to the lower body, leg stretching is crucial. The fifth movement is to stretch the back of the legs, sit on the ground, straighten the legs, lean the upper part of the body forward, and try to touch the toes. The sixth is a quadriceps stretch, stand, bend one leg and grasp the ankle with your hands, and keep your knees together as close as possible to maintain balance.

The seventh movement is a stretch of the hips and legs, sit on the ground, stretch one leg straight, bend the other leg at the knee, cross the other leg, and use the elbow to push the knee of the cross leg to feel the deep stretch. The last stretch in this series is the calf stretch, facing the wall, kicking back, heels touching the ground, and the center of gravity of the body is slightly forward, feeling the stretch of the gastrocnemius muscle.

These eight basic but comprehensive stretches are designed to help muscles get better blood circulation, improve flexibility and comfort during daily activities. In today's fast-paced life, being able to stop and give yourself a period of time to meditate and stretch is not only a care for the body, but also an art of life. Through these movements, we can not only feel the relaxation of our muscles, relax our body and mind, but also talk to ourselves and continue to be at our best on the runway of life.

Isn't the process of talking to the body in each deep breath a portrayal of our pursuit of a higher quality of life?Just like the delicate tuning of musical instruments, so that every note reaches perfect harmony, we through these simple stretching movements, tune our bodies, the pursuit of health and vitality of the harmonious coexistence.
