The station is located at the terminal of bus No. 150 and No. 162, and has always adhered to the work concept of "warm heart and cohesion", solved the practical problems of outdoor workers such as "difficulty in eating, drinking, resting, and going to the toilet", and built the love relay station into a happy harbor for outdoor workers to shelter from the wind and rain, integrating intimate and warm love into all links, and was recently selected as the "Most Beautiful Trade Union Outdoor Worker Service Site" in 2023 by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Integrate intimacy into convenient servicesWhen the cold wave hit, in order to ensure the outdoor personnel working in freezing weather, the site equipped them with raincoats, umbrellas, foot warmers, warm babies, brown sugar ginger tea and other support materials. The person in charge of the site said: "We open the lounge during the high temperature warning and cold wave warning period, and provide special services such as air conditioning and venues to provide convenience for outdoor workers who are in a hurry. ”
In addition, the love relay station has set up an exclusive rest area and material area, including water dispensers, refrigerators, first-aid kits, and wireless Internet access, mobile phone charging, newspaper reading, document printing and other services, so that outdoor workers can get help, charge at any time, and handle affairs. And the medicine box, wind oil essence, band-aids, hand cream, Huoxiang Zhengqi water, mineral water and other items that are often needed by outdoor workers are also readily available here.
The Gumei Road Street Trade Union insists on regularly carrying out the activity of "sending coolness in summer and warmth in winter", sending heatstroke cooling supplies to the majority of outdoor workers in summer, and preparing a "heart-warming gift package" for them in winter. During the epidemic, the trade union prepared more than 100 epidemic prevention warm-hearted gift packages and distributed them to hard-working sanitation workers, express delivery boys and other outdoor workers.
Integrating care into volunteering
Companionship is the warmest guardian. The outdoor workers who had just finished their work gathered together to make dumplings happily and talk about homely things, and also received love gift bags and New Year's blessing ......This is a warm scene that happens in the love relay station during the festival every year. 
For many years, the site has carried out a series of activities of "Our Festival" traditional Chinese festivals, inviting outdoor workers such as sanitation workers, couriers, taxi drivers, and takeaway boys to participate. In 2020, due to an epidemic, migrant workers in Shanghai could not go home, so Gumei calligraphers came here to write Spring Festival couplets and blessing characters, and sent New Year blessings to the wanderers on the spot. 
The street trade union and the trade union of the co-construction unit have joined hands to create a "bus blue" + "postal green" characteristic service, and the "Spring Festival does not close" is open all day, so that outdoor workers can guess lantern riddles, write letters by hand, send New Year's greeting cards, buy New Year's stamps, etc., and invite them to join the "big family", so that outdoor workers can find a sense of belonging to "home". Integrate innovation into humanistic careSince the opening of the site seven years ago, it has continued to provide enthusiastic services for outdoor workers such as sanitation cleaners, food delivery riders, flash delivery riders, and online car-hailing drivers, and the image of the "warm heart" integrated service site has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. 
On the "National Love Teeth Day", the site carried out special knowledge lectures on oral disease prevention and control, popularized oral health prevention knowledge, and corrected incorrect teeth cleaning methods in daily life. At the same time, free TCM clinics are carried out in the site from time to time, and outdoor front-line workers are invited to measure blood pressure, heart rate, acupuncture, etc., hoping that they will take care of their health after work. 
Combined with the characteristics of the party building position, the trade union gives full play to the role of the extension of the site, provides outdoor workers with party newspapers, party periodicals, books and magazines to read, invites them to enter the party member activity room to listen to the red story, and effectively gives full play to the advantages of party building leading group building and party building promoting group building. In the next step, the Gumei Road Street Outdoor Workers' Love Gas Station and Relay Station will continue to improve the service quality, enrich the special service functions, and make the Love Service Station a "loving home" for more outdoor workers.
