On December 15, CNPC Logging completed the first high-acceleration life test of the circuit board of the localized electromagnetic resistivity instrument while drilling, and achieved ideal results in the temperature and vibration limit test of the circuit board.
Highly accelerated life testing technology is the latest theoretical achievement in the field of reliability testing. It is understood that all foreign oil service companies have adopted this method to test the circuit board of the instrument while drilling, which is also the biggest difference between the domestic instrument while drilling and the foreign instrument while drilling.
The experiment lasted 2 days, and for the first time, the high, low temperature and vibration limit data of the circuit board of the domestic electromagnetic wave resistivity instrument were successfully obtained. The acquisition of these data provides strong data guidance and support for the manufacturing and field application of domestic electromagnetic resistivity instruments while drilling, and also points out the direction for instrument upgrading and process improvement. In addition, in the process of temperature experiment, the project team successfully reproduced the field use failure law of electromagnetic wave resistivity instrument in the past 10 years, which fully demonstrated the efficiency of high-accelerated life testing technology compared with traditional environmental test methods.
The success of this test indicates that CNPC Logging has fully mastered the technology of high-accelerated life testing. This technology will be applied in the circuit board production and testing process of domestic instruments while drilling and intelligent rotary directional logging tools.
