The most common way we print documents is on copy paper, and this process requires the use of a printer and a copier. Different models of printers, the use of copiers is also different, let's talk about the common ways to use copiers and printers.

How to use the photocopier:

1 Preheating: Press the power switch to start preheating, there should be an indicator light display on the panel, and a waiting signal will appear. When the warm-up time is reached, the machine can start copying, and a signal will appear that can be copied or told by an audio signal.

2. After checking the manuscript and getting the manuscript that needs to be copied, you should roughly flip through it, and pay attention to the following aspects: the paper size, texture, and color of the manuscript, the handwriting tone on the manuscript, the binding method of the manuscript, the number of manuscripts, and whether there are ** and other manuscripts that need to be changed. These factors are all related to the copying process and must be well understood. The unclear handwriting and lines on the original manuscript should be clearly described before copying, so as to avoid rework after copying. Originals that can be taken apart should be taken apart to avoid uneven shadows when copying.

3. Check the machine displayAfter the machine is preheated, you should see whether the display on the operation panel is normal. It mainly includes the following items: you can copy the signal display, the position of the carton display, the number of copies is displayed as "L", the copy density adjustment display, the paper size display, and everything can be copied only when the display is normal.

4. Place the original: Place the original according to the instructions of the platen glass scale and the size and horizontal direction of the paper tray currently in use. It should be noted that when copying sequential originals, you should start from the last page so that the order of the copied copies is correct, otherwise, you need to reverse it again.

5. Set the number of copies: Press the number key to set the number of copies. If the setting is incorrect, press the "C" button and reset the setting.

6 Set the copy magnification of the general copier only one gear, press the magnification button, the reduction magnification is mostly expressed in A3-A4, B4-B5 or percentage, etc., understand the size of the copy paper, you can easily select the reduction magnification. If you don't need to zoom in or out, you don't need to press any keys.

7 Select the size of the copy paper, enlarge or reduce the magnification according to the size of the original, and press the paper tray selection key. If the machine is equipped with a carton of the required size, it can be displayed on the panel; If there is no display, the paper tray needs to be replaced.

8. Adjust the copy density according to the tone of the original paper and handwriting, and adjust the copy density appropriately. If the color of the original paper is darker, such as newspaper, the copy density should be lighter, and the handwriting lines are thin and not very clear, such as the original copy is a pencil original, etc., the density should be darker. When copying**, the density should generally be lightened.

How to use the printer:

1.Place the copy paper in the paper tray of the printer first.

2.After opening the file that needs to be printed, locate the printer.
