Today, the opening of the Tea Festival is also the departure ceremony of the 'World Zen Tea Out of Jingshan', and we hope that Jingshan Tea will go further and fly higher ......Today, the 22nd China Tea Festival opened in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, representatives from Leshan Emei Mountain Tea, Wuyi Mountain Wuyi Rock Tea, Wudang Mountain Wudang Mountain Tea, Xinchang Big Buddha Longjing and other famous mountains and famous teas gathered in Hangzhou, to meet friends with tea, to discuss the Tao with tea, to form a "Contemporary Famous Mountain Zen Tea Culture Mutual Learning Alliance", and release the "World Zen Tea out of the Jingshan" cultural brand.

Famous mountains and temples are famous for tea. In the history of Jingshan, the emperor and the generals, celebrities and wise men came to write countless praise poems and articles, and the great writer Su Dongpo once said: "I used to be a guest of Jingshan, and I still write poems and landscapes." Jingshan Temple is a well-deserved famous temple, there was a ranking of Zen temples in the Jiading period of the Southern Song Dynasty, as the birthplace of Zen Buddhism, Jingshan Temple ranks first in the south of the Yangtze River "five mountains and ten temples". The history of Jingshan tea planting began in the Tang Dynasty, and the "Jingshan Tea Banquet" opened a precedent for later generations.

The Jingshan Tea Banquet has been going on for more than 1,200 years. "Jingshan is one of the earliest birthplaces of Zen culture exported to Southeast Asian countries in Chinese history;Jingshan is the most active dojo of 'Tea Zen Yiwei' in today's international cross-cultural exchanges. At the meeting, Shen Yu, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of the CPPCC Yuhang District, and President of the Yuhang District Tea Culture Research Association, interpreted the "World Zen Tea Out of Jingshan", and it is precisely because of this confidence that we put forward the cultural brand building of "World Zen Tea out of Jingshan".

Jingshan tea has undergone the transformation of the way of making tea in the Tang Dynasty, the Song Dynasty, and the Ming and Qing dynasties, and has also experienced the changes from matcha, maofeng, steamed green tea, black tea, and then to various new tea drinks. Today, Jingshan tea is the "golden key" to Yuhang's rural revitalization and the "golden leaf" to achieve common prosperity, and the brand value of Jingshan tea will reach 31 in 20236.5 billion yuan, with a total output value of 5 billion yuan. In 2022, the Jingshan Tea Banquet was included in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, becoming another world-class "golden business card" of Yuhang after the Liangzhu Ancient City Site was declared a World Heritage Site.

Tea culture is the deepest and most lasting force to promote the development of the tea industry, and it is also the most distinctive and moving background color for shaping the tea brand. At the scene, Hu Xiaoyun, director of the Tea Industry Brand Building Special Committee of the China International Tea Culture Research Association, released the results of the 2023 China Tea Regional Public Brand and Brand Culture Evaluation on behalf of the China Tea Regional Public Brand Value Evaluation Research Group. West Lake Longjing, Mengding Mountain Tea, Dongting Mountain Biluochun, Anhua Black Tea, Pu'er Tea, Taiping Houkui Tea, Jingshan Tea, Fuzhou Jasmine Tea, Wuyi Mountain Dahongpao, and Chibi Green Brick Tea were awarded the "2023 China Tea Regional Public Brands and Brand Culture Top 10".
