MTI MILLIREN LOW G SENSITIVITY CESIUM ATOMIC CLOCK FOR AIRBORNE APPLICATIONS

Mondo games Updated on 2024-01-31

MTI introduces a next-generation atomic reference for rugged military and airborne applications, combining cesium atomic clock performance with MTI's patented low-G sensitivity DOCxo in a small form factor hermetically sealed package. The precision reference produces highly accurate frequencies (typically better than 5e-11 after 24 hours) with very low phase noise performance in dynamic environments. The device can also be locked to an external frequency reference or GPS. The entire assembly consumes less than 16W at -40°C (total continuous power) and provides less than 9 minutes of fast warm-up at -40°C (reference time 30 minutes) with an accuracy better than 4E-10. The RS-422 provides communication, control, and status reporting, as well as wired RS-422 level status outputs. The thermal interface allows for use with minimal direct air flow, e.g. encountered at high altitudes. There are a variety of options to choose from to provide a customized, high-performance, next-generation atomic frequency reference.
