Taijiquan belongs to martial arts, so it should have the appearance of martial arts, and it should be punched and kicked, moved and jumped, fast as lightning, etc.
In the Taijiquan theory, it is said: "Recruit familiarity and gradually understand strength, and from understanding strength to the gods." However, if you don't use it for a long time, you can't get through it suddenly. This means that Xi practice Tai Chi must be correct and proficient in the moves, techniques, and special ways of moving. We must have confidence, determination, perseverance in learning and training, and respect for teachers in order to enter the hall and reach the peak. It is not obtained through brute force to practice and Xi, there is no such good thing in life.
Tai Chi Quan treatises that power is born in the legs and dominates the waist, and the legs and waist are shaped in the fingers. From the results of the summary, Tai Chi also includes moves, strength, speed, etc Xi.
Through the transformation of yin and yang, Taijiquan and the change of the five elements produce its internal strength. Its internal strength is combined with martial arts and cultivation in accordance with the established path of human qi, blood, and meridians, which is superior to the health functions of some other martial arts and Western-style sports. I have been Xi practicing traditional martial arts and Babao Boxing Qigong since I was a child, and I have had a unique insight and deep understanding of traditional martial arts since I was in my twenties. I came into contact with Tai Chi 30 years ago in Shenzhen Book City, where there are a wide variety of Tai Chi books on the shelves. After comparison, I chose the book of Yang style Taijiquan Niu Chun Ming frame 81 style, Yang style Niu Chun Ming frame 81 style is very in line with the Zhou Yi Five Elements Doctrine Sixty Jiazi cycle repeats the cycle. Coincidentally, at that time, I also met the successor of Yang-style Taijiquan Niu Chunmingjia in Shenzhen, and had a very happy conversation with him. Reading from the Tai Chi manuscript he provided, I memorized the key Tai Chi content of the manuscript. Later, I used my rich knowledge of martial arts and the meridian paths of Babaomen Qigong to finally realize the essence of Taijiquan. So I practiced Xi Chen-style Taijiquan again, and finally realized that Yang-style Taijiquan stretched and generous, and Chen-style Taijiquan wrapped silk and shook the feet. In the process of practicing Xi Chen-style Taijiquan, the teachers of the Chen Zhenglei Department enthusiastically explained the domain, and I would like to express my respect and gratitude!
After experiencing "Taijiquan Theory", the connotation of Taijiquan runs through my whole body. My whole body is motionless when I move, I am still all over my body, I am rigid and soft, I have five bows, and my whole body is round.
I deeply felt that it was not from my own intelligence, but from the spirituality, deity and fate of Taijiquan.
