On December 19, the 2023 "Food Safety Publicity Week" hosted by Amway Xinjiang Branch and Xinjiang Nutrition Society was successfully held at the Amway Experience Center in Urumqi. Focusing on the theme of "Food Safety and Nutrition and Health", the event advocates all walks of life to actively understand food safety related knowledge, advocates that healthy life starts with a nutritious breakfast, and creates a good food safety and healthy social atmosphere.

Mr. Chen Xinle, former chief physician of the Autonomous Region Center for Disease Control, chief physician of food hygiene, science popularization expert of the Autonomous Region Association for Science and Technology, registered dietitian of China, and the fifth director of the Xinjiang Nutrition Society, came to the scene and brought a vivid lecture on "Food Safety and Nutrition and Health" to the Amway Health Volunteer Service Team. With her profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience, Ms. Chen gave a comprehensive interpretation of "eating safety" from three aspects: prevention of foodborne diseases, publicity of food safety law, and five key points of food safety, and emphasized the importance of preventing foodborne diseases and food safety issues that should be paid attention to in daily diet. At the same time, she also shared the relevant content of the food safety law, so that everyone can better understand their rights and responsibilities.

Then, Li Xue, Senior Director of Product Training of Amway Nutrilite, shared the "Nutrition and Health Model of Chinese Residents' Breakfast" from the perspective of "eating nutrition". She emphasized the importance of a nutritious breakfast for a healthy life, and explained how to meet the vitality and nutritional needs of the day through the right breakfast combination. At the same time, through the professional evaluation of Xiao'an nutritionist, the dietary nutrition assessment of common breakfast was carried out, and specific breakfast nutrition and health suggestions were given.

After the lecture, the volunteers tasted the nutritious breakfast made on site and felt the deliciousness and health brought by the nutritious breakfast. Everyone has said that they have benefited a lot, and they should pay attention to food safety and nutritional balance in their daily diet, choose fresh and healthy ingredients, and reasonably match food to maintain good health and energy.
