In view of severe weather such as heavy snowfall, it is necessary to strengthen the anti-freezing and thermal insulation inspection of equipment and facilities such as fire hoses, water supply and drainage pipelines in stations, and turn on the electric heating device in time to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking. It is necessary to make good use of the station broadcast timely safety tips for rain and snow weather, lay anti-slip mats and set up warning signs in slippery areas such as station entrances and exits, passages, stairs, and platforms, and at the same time strengthen patrols inside and outside the station, arrange staff to do a good job in guiding services, and ensure passenger services with high standards. In addition, it is necessary to pay close attention to weather changes and strengthen communication with meteorological departments to ensure timely and rapid emergency response.
The third is to strengthen organizational leadership. All departments and units at all levels should further consolidate responsibilities, refine prevention and response measures, conscientiously implement emergency duty regulations, strictly implement the 24-hour duty and leadership system, strengthen dispatch and command, and strengthen the implementation of responsibilities.
