Additions, clarifications, corrections and amendments:
1.When submitting supplementary documents containing requests for amendments and corrections to the Eurasian application before the formal examination of the application is completed, an additional fee of 5,000 rubles shall be paid for each request for amendments and corrections.
2.After the formal examination of the application has been completed, an additional fee of 13,000 rubles shall be paid for each request for amendment and correction when submitting a request for amendment and correction of the Eurasian application.
3.When amendments and corrections are made to Eurasian patents, a fee of 5,000 rubles shall be paid for each amendment and correction.
4.A fee of 8,500 rubles shall be paid for the issuance of a new specification for a Eurasian patent after the examination of opposition to the grant of a Eurasian patent.
5.When filing additional independent claims that are missing from the date of completion of the formal examination of the Eurasian application, a fee of 30,000 rubles shall be paid to include each new independent claim.
6.A fee of 1000 rubles shall also be paid for a request for a change in the information contained in the application for grant of a Eurasian patent, as well as for a change in the representative of the applicant, the patent owner or other interested parties, after the date of receipt of the Eurasian application by the Eurasian Patent Office.
7.When filing a request for a change of information regarding the name of the patent owner, place of residence or place in the Eurasian Patent Register, a fee of 2,500 rubles is payable.
Extension of time limits missed and restoration of rights:
1.For the extension of the time limit for the implementation of procedural actions by the Eurasian Bureau, a fee shall be paid:
1) Within 12 months after the expiration of the prescribed time limit for the submission of the requested additional documents - two months before the extension, 1,500 rubles will be charged. Compared to the previous month, the cost increased by 1,500 rubles per month after the extension;
2) More than 12 months after the expiration of the specified time limit, the monthly fee from the thirteenth month of the extension increases by 2,000 rubles compared to the previous month.
2.When submitting a request to continue the examination, a fee of 25,000 rubles shall be paid.
3.When filing a request for the restoration of Eurasian patent rights, a fee of 50,000 rubles should be paid.
Assignment of rights in a Eurasian application or a Eurasian patent:
1.When a request for registration of the transfer of rights of the Eurasian application is made on the basis of the procedure of succession of inheritance rights or the reorganization of a legal entity, a fee of 5,000 rubles shall be paid, or, when the rights are acquired, a fee shall be paid.
2.When a request for registration of a Eurasian application for assignment of rights is made by way of a transfer of rights, a fee of 20,000 rubles shall be paid.
3.When a request for registration of the assignment of a Eurasian patent right is filed under the procedure of succession of rights of inheritance or the reorganization of a legal entity, a fee of 10,000 rubles shall be paid, or, when the rights are obtained, a fee shall be paid.
4.When registering a request for assignment of a Eurasian patent by way of assignment of the patent right, a fee of 40,000 rubles shall be paid.
