Hou and Wang have been neighbors for many years and have gotten along very well for a long time. Since the beginning of this year, considering that the child has reached the age of talking about marriage, Wang decided to repair the house, but due to poor communication, the two parties have a disagreement. There was a dispute over the property rights of part of the front, middle and rear boundary walls of the two houses, and Hou believed that Wang's construction of the house against the root of his house would inevitably affect the drainage and lighting of his house, and wanted Wang to make concessions. Through the full cooperation of the staff of the village committee, the team stationed in the village, and the police officers of the Lujing Court, the mediation work was patiently done to the parties from the perspectives of law, reason, and emotion, and both parties made concessions and reached a consensus on mediation, and the old neighbors of more than 10 years returned to their former warmth.
Once the "seeds" of contradictions are planted, it will have a great impact on the daily production and life of both parties, which is not only related to neighborhood harmony, but also related to grassroots social stability.
