Common scheme of anti-corrosion of sewage pool:

Advantages and disadvantages respectively:
Three cloth five oil FRP ...
Process: concrete: grinding - n resin - n glass fiber cloth (one resin one cloth).
Advantages: Conventional design, whether it is epoxy resin or vinyl resin, it is no problem to use normally for 3-5 years.
Disadvantages: 1. The construction is difficult, five resin and three cloths, the resin and the cloth are difficult to fit completely, and it is easy to hollow, delaminate and crack, and there are cracking and warping phenomena in general one year.
2. Good acid resistance, slightly poor alkali resistance, and very poor solvent and oxidant resistance.

Polyurea .
Process: grinding - epoxy primer - spraying scraping polyurea.
Advantages: simple construction, super ductility, one-time painting of the desired thickness (500-2000um).
Disadvantages: 1. The adhesion is relatively low, and it is necessary to use solvent-free epoxy as a primer to enhance the adhesion of the coating.
2. The anti-corrosion performance is relatively poor, and the resistance to weak acid and alkali salts is no problem, but the anti-corrosion performance is very poor in strong acids, alkalis, salts, solvents, and oxidants.
3. The paint is easy to peel off the whole coating.
Solvent-free epoxy glass flakes
Process: Grinding - Primer - Solvent-free Epoxy Glass Flakes.
Advantages: strong adhesion, resistance to general weak acid and alkali salts, good effect.
Disadvantages: 1. The quality of products on the market is uneven, and it is difficult to judge the quality of the product.
2. The anti-corrosion performance of strong acids, alkalis, salts, solvents and oxidants is very poor.
The construction is difficult, it needs to be applied many times, and the one-time thick coating is easy to sag.
Wax-type heavy anticorrosive coatings...
Process: Sanding-Primer-Dilling 6900 Putty Coating Anti-corrosion (Metal & Diling Hydrofluorate 81 Coating).
Advantages: strong adhesion, strong corrosion resistance, high density of coating, coating has both strength and good ductility, and the construction is relatively simple.
Disadvantages: The paint will change color (but it will not affect the performance and will not be chalked) without doing a topcoat
