The first and third batches of TISCs continue to operate the list

On December 12, 2023, the China National Intellectual Property Office (CNIPA) issued a notice on agreeing to continue the operation of the first and third batches of TISCs.

It has been three years since the CNIPA and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) launched the construction of TISCs in China, and the third batch of TISCs has been in operation for three years. In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the State Intellectual Property Office of China and the World Intellectual Property Organization on the Establishment of Technology and Innovation Support Centers in China and the Implementation Measures for the Construction of Technology and Innovation Support Centers, the State Intellectual Property Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization jointly organized and completed the operation evaluation of the first and third batches of Technology and Innovation Support Centers, and agreed that 34 units, including the Zhongguancun Intellectual Property Promotion Center (see Annex), would continue to operate as Technology and Innovation Support Centers.

All provincial-level intellectual property management departments are requested to strengthen the guidance of the above-mentioned units, conscientiously do a good job in the operation of technology and innovation support centers, effectively enhance the capacity of intellectual property public services, and continue to provide high-quality services for innovative entities.
