Recently, the 2023 Sichuan-Chongqing Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Talent Skills Competition and a series of industrial green development activities were held in Sichuan. The skills competition lasted for 3 days, and 100 players from energy conservation management departments at all levels in Sichuan and Chongqing, energy conservation supervision institutions, enterprises and institutions, and scientific research institutes "passed" on the same stage. It is understood that the event was co-sponsored by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and the people of Leshan City. At the event, Sichuan and Chongqing jointly released the "Sichuan and Chongqing Green and Low-Carbon Advanced Technology, Equipment and Product Catalogue (2023 Edition)" for the first time. The catalogue includes nearly 60 technologies, focusing on 10 industries such as iron and steel, nonferrous metals, chemicals, building materials, automobiles, electronic information, equipment manufacturing, food and textile, advanced materials, medicine and health, and releases green and low-carbon advanced and applicable technologies, equipment and products involving energy saving, water saving, comprehensive utilization of resources, pollution reduction and carbon reduction, etc., and representatives of universities and enterprises in Sichuan and Chongqing made exchange speeches on the green and low-carbon development of industry.
The signing ceremony of the energy-saving diagnosis service of Sichuan and Chongqing public welfare industries was also held at the scene. Chongqing Energy Utilization Monitoring Center, Sichuan Industrial Environment Monitoring Research Institute, Sichuan Energy Conservation Association and Sichuan Wonai New Materials, Sichuan Metallurgical Control Group, Yibin Siliya Co., Ltd. and other 6 units jointly signed the Sichuan and Chongqing public welfare energy-saving diagnosis service intention agreement.
After the event, the participants came to the promotion and exchange exhibition area to visit the demonstration of the effectiveness of Sichuan and Chongqing industrial green work, and learn about the relevant green and low-carbon advanced technologies, equipment and products in Sichuan and Chongqing. At the same time, the two competition areas of energy-saving projects and environmental protection projects were inspected.
Sichuan pointed out that since the "13th Five-Year Plan", the average annual growth rate of the energy conservation and environmental protection industry in Sichuan Province has exceeded 12%, and the operating income will be 2366 in 2022600 million yuan, to achieve a profit of 1650 billion yuan. 36 energy-saving technology and equipment products in the province have been included in the national recommended catalogue of energy-saving technology and equipment products in the field of industry and information technology, and more than 40 technical and equipment products have been included in the catalogue of green and low-carbon advanced application in the industrial field in Sichuan and Chongqing.
