On December 14, the Party Committee of Chenjia Town, Chongming District and the Party Committee of the Seventh People's Hospital of Shanghai, the Community Health Service Center of Chenjiazhen and the Medical Party Branch of the Seventh People's Hospital of Shanghai held a signing ceremony for the pairing and co-construction of regional party building. 
Chenjia Town is one of the three key townships in Chongming District, there are more elderly people, but due to geographical location, medical resources are insufficient, there is only one community health service center around to provide basic medical services for local residents, other local medical institutions in Chongming are far away, and the people go to the urban hospital on their own and face the dilemma of long distance and high time cost, and the Seventh People's Hospital located in Waigaoqiao, and Chenjia Town "a strip of water, across the river", about 40 minutes by car. 
Through cross-regional cooperation, the two parties will open up a two-way referral channel to realize the model of "minor illnesses in the community, major illnesses to seven hospitals". At the same time, the Seventh Hospital will also open a "cloud clinic" in the Chenjiazhen Community Health Service Center, where the medical staff of the center can conduct remote "face-to-face" consultation with the doctors of the Seventh Hospital at any time, and conduct medical treatment, prescription medicine, make appointments for examination items and complete online settlement and payment through the "Internet Hospital". Zhang Zhenbin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chenjia Town, said that it is a fate to be able to form a twinning with the Seventh Hospital through regionalized party building, and will work with the Seventh Hospital to promote the people's livelihood project of sending health services to benefit the people and make up for the lack of local medical resources. It is a blessing for the people of Chenjiazhen to realize close proximity or even relying on Internet hospitals and "cloud clinics" to connect high-quality medical resources of tertiary hospitals through pairing, and it is expected that the two sides will carry out health service cooperation in all aspects under the guidance of party building. The Secretary of the Party Committee of the Seventh Hospital said that the two sides will form a loose and cross-regional consortium in the field accessible to medical education and research, and jointly explore and carry out more cooperation. Yu Baoqing, President of the Seventh Academy, said that this cooperation has achieved cross-regional service innovation, and he looks forward to accelerating the implementation of relevant details under the guidance of party building, so that the residents of Chenjia Town can truly feel the tangible benefits.
