Some people may suffer from conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis, where running can cause a greater impact on the joints and bones, aggravating the condition. At the same time, some people have problems such as heart disease, respiratory disease, etc., and running can aggravate the symptoms of these diseases. Therefore, for people with health problems, especially middle-aged and elderly people and people with chronic diseases, it is not recommended to do too vigorous running.

Wrong running posture and excessive exercise can lead to various injuries like knee arthritis, sprains, muscle strains, etc. Especially for people who lack sports experience, it is more likely to have wrong movement patterns, increasing the risk of injury. All in all, while running is a widely popular form of exercise, it's not for everyone. Individual differences are the only reason we don't recommend running.
