My daughter is in the second grade, and she hardly indulges in playing on her phone and watching TV at home! What have I done?I have summarized my approach and shared it with you

1.Since I was a child, I didn't throw my mobile phone to my children because I was busy, so I had free time.

2.When my daughter asks to play with her phone, let her see if what needs to be done has been done, and if so, she will not refuse.

3.Before playing, we agree on a fun time, we are generally 10-15 minutes, this is often recommended to discuss with the child, both parties agreed, and stop when the time comes.

4.Let your daughter set a reminder by herself or use an hourglass to time it, the hourglass is more intuitive.

5.It's time, and if my daughter doesn't want to stop, I'll remind her: it's time. But it will not be forced to snatch the phone. And guide her to do something if she wants to do it (usually an activity she prefers).

If it is a relatively small child, it will use crying to resist, parents need to still calmly express the conditions negotiated before, do not back down, do not scold, children will naturally understand when they see your persistence.

6.If your daughter stops playing with her phone at the appointed time, she must praise her exaggeratedly and don't be stingy: Child, you are amazing! When it comes to doing it, it is a child with self-control, and I feel that I trust you more, and I will be more comfortable letting you play in the future.

7.Parents should lead by example, when my daughter accompanied her when she was a child, we were all parent-child reading and playing, and I would neither play with my phone nor throw it to her.

8.Don't play with your phone as a bonus! This will create the illusion that the purpose of doing good things must not be to get a reward for playing with the phone!

Mobile phones are already an indispensable and important tool for everyone, so it is most important for children to develop healthy Xi from an early age!
