We all know that a big factor that affects the segmentation accuracy and life of the splitter is the adjustment. The factory product of the splitter is obtained by carefully assembling and adjusting the precision machined parts. Improper adjustment will affect the accuracy of the splitting, resulting in impact, noise, damage to the cam splitter and not reaching the expected speed and bearing capacity. This shortens the life of the splitter. Moreover, the cam splitter is also a conduction mechanism to achieve intermittent motion, with index accuracy, stable operation, transmission torque, position self-locking, compact structure, small size, low noise, good high-speed performance, long service life and other significant advantages, is a sheave mechanism, but a ratchet mechanism, incomplete gear mechanism, pneumatic control actuator and other traditional mechanisms of high precision ideal products.

The cam splitter has become a commonly used rotary mechanism in the automatic turntable machine, intermittent and swinging and other mechanical actions, its structure is simple, but it also has the special mechanism that other similar equipment does not have: it is composed of an inlet convex transmission and output turret, without other unnecessary parts, that is, it can provide the required intermittent movement of various indexing angles.

1. Move and stop according to the required indexing angle to achieve accurate positioning: when the splitter is divided and stopped, the cam roller and the splitting cam do mechanical transmission action, and are accurately fixed in the set position, so there is no need for any locking element.

2. Stability of mechanical movement: Because the design of the cam splitter output turret is to rotate continuously at any position (whether it is angle, speed or acceleration), its transmission device has mechanical fixation, smooth rotation, and no excessive vibration and noise compared with similar transmission equipment.

3. High positioning accuracy: The cam rollers with special structural design are in the splitter, which can maintain high separation accuracy and high torque, which can ensure the ability of heavy loads. The standard model has a segmentation accuracy of 30arc-sec, which can also provide higher segmentation accuracy and structure according to actual usage needs.

4. After applying the preload on the taper support ribs of the cam and cam rollers for precision machining, the high-speed cam splitter manufacturer can completely avoid the generation of gaps, so that the automation system can operate reliably and at high speed. In the case of high-speed operation, fully controlled acceleration is reduced, and the shock caused by load or vibration makes the disc or system run stably without shaking.

5.In the automatic machinery, the indexing transmission machinery of the splitter operates intermittently as follows, from stopping --- indexing--- stopping --- indexing. In the case of stopping: the output shaft of the splitter stops rotating, and the cam roller contacts the heavy straight part of the roller bearing cam taper support rib, which is also the self-locking function of the splitter. In the case of indexing: the output shaft of the splitter rotates, and the cam roller contacts the curved part of the roller bearing cam taper support rib to do the mechanical transmission movement, and the splitter output is used to drive the driving device to achieve the required mechanical function.
