5. Operation
The reclaimer adopts three operation modes, namely centralized program control, manual control and machine side (maintenance) control, and each operation is realized through the working condition transfer switch.
5.1. Manual operation.
It can only be carried out on the console, and each part can be operated separately via the control buttons on the console. When the working condition switch is placed in the manual position, the automatic, machine side (maintenance) working conditions can not be cut into, the manual control can be used to scraper conveying device, winch mechanism (electric hoist), end beam walking, shunting system for separate start and stop operation, the system loses mutual interlocking (the interlocking of the cable reel and the walking mechanism is retained), but the protection of each system still plays a role.
5.2. Automatic operation.
When the automatic operation is carried out in the driver's compartment, the control system starts and stops according to the predetermined program through the console, and can also be controlled by the ** control room. The bell rings first before starting in the automatic control state, and the starting sequence is:
Notify the discharging tape machine to start.
Start the winch mechanism and lift the scraper arm to the 45° position.
Start the cable reel.
Start the traveling mechanism and transfer the reclaimer to the silo to be reclaimed.
Start the winch mechanism and adjust the scraper arm to the position of the material angle of rest.
Start the working travel motor.
Start the scraper conveyor and start reclaiming.
Normal Shutdown Sequence:
Stop the scraper conveyor.
Stop the travel motor.
After the winch mechanism lifts the scraper arm to the 45° position, the winch mechanism is stopped.
Stop the cable reel.
Notify the discharging tape machine to stop running.
5.3. Machine-side (maintenance) operation.
It can only be operated next to the field machine. When the working condition switch is placed in the machine-side (maintenance) position, the automatic working condition and the manual working condition cannot be cut into, and the function of the manual working condition is also available in the machine-side working condition. However, the operation button is only installed in a position that is conducive to maintenance operations. There is no walking operation button in the working condition next to the machine.
5.4. Shunting.
Whether it is the shunting condition or the staggered working condition of the stacker and the reclaimer;The scraper arm of the reclaimer must be raised to the highest limit position of 45° and then stand still until the stacker is misrun or run to the designated reclaiming area.
5.5. Accident parking.
If there is a failure anywhere in the system and the machine must be stopped, press the emergency switch, and the reclaimer will stop working immediately.
2. Daily inspection and maintenance
1. Inspection before operation.
1) Check whether the lubrication of each lubrication point is good and whether there is material accumulation on the scraper.
2) Check whether the operation buttons are flexible.
3) Check the track for foreign objects.
4) Check the expansion and contraction of the wire rope;Whether there is entanglement or broken strands.
5) Check whether the bolts in the running part are loose.
6) Check whether the motor is normal.
7) Whether the lifting and closing of the limit work normally.
2. Inspection during operation.
1) Check whether the driving is running smoothly, whether there is abnormal sound, abnormal vibration, abnormal temperature and abnormal smell.
2) Check whether the walking mechanism is working normally.
3) Check whether the braking mechanism is working normally.
4) Check whether there is a deflection phenomenon in the operation of the scraper, if it is deflected, the screw and nut in the spiral tensioning device at the tail of the sprocket can be adjusted to make the tension of the two chains supporting the scraper consistent.
3. Daily maintenance.
1) Check the degree of wear of the brake brake friction pad.
2) Check the lubrication and wear degree of the wire rope.
3) Check the rail pad every once in a while, and tighten it in time if it is loose.
4) Tighten all loose bolts and replace the severely worn parts;
Adjust the chain tension and check the scraper positioning bolts;
3. Common faults and solutions
1. The traveling motor does not work.
Solution: Check the working condition of the motor or clutch.
2. The scraper falls off.
Solution: Check the tightening of the scraper and bolts, and repair it in time.
3. Chain skipping teeth.
Solution: Moderately tension the chain and chain guide rail are repaired regularly.
4. The power cable or control cable reel does not work.
Solution: Check whether the motor is normal and whether the cable is rolled in normally.
5. The cable is short-circuited.
Solution: Check whether the cable is damaged and prevent forced drag of the cable.
6. The cantilever lifting does not work or is out of control.
Solution: Check the working condition of the electric hoist and the brake, and place the cantilever on the working surface when not taking the material.
7. The reclaimer collided.
Solution: It is strictly forbidden for two reclaimers to take materials in the same pile, and pay attention to the safety distance under special circumstances.
8. The scraper is overloaded or the discharge port is blocked.
Treatment method: control the amount of reclaiming, cantilever lifting should be moderate.
9. The reclaimer is derailed.
Treatment method: prevent the cantilever from hitting the pile and cleaning the debris on the track when taking the material.
10. The scraper chain runs with a large noise.
Treatment: Timely lubrication.
11. The reducer has a large noise.
Solution: Check the lubricating oil level and bearing condition.
12. The scraper is seriously worn and deformed.
Solution: Replace in time.
