The old hen is dissected and washed, and it is good to wash it simply, such as cutting off the chicken's buttocks and toenails, and some of them have eggs.
The two of us can't finish a single meal with a chicken, so after the old hen is washed, we separate it and seal it for preservation.
There are half a chicken in a bag, and there are also 1 or 4 in a bag, because sometimes we eat two of us, and sometimes I eat alone.
When you want to eat, take a bag out of the refrigerator to thaw, add water to boil, blanch the blood, and immediately pick it up and rinse it. Add clean water, ginger slices, and wine to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
In the meantime, prepare other ingredients.
