Common troubleshooting methods for ABB drives.

Troubleshoot according to Troubleshooting:

1.Fault: i o comm

It is due to the wrong optical fiber connection of the encoder interface module and the communication interface module.

2.Fault: inv overload

The probable reason is that encoders A and B are reversed.

3.Fault: torque fault

The possible reason is that encoder A and B are inverted, and the parameter is 622. The time is too short.

4.Fault: brake flt

The probable reason is the omission of di1,67 when programming2 time is too short, can be set to 2s.

5.Fault: DC overvoltage

Probably, the reason is that the braking unit is not put in, parameter 2005 is set to off, 2701 is set to on.

6.Fault: encoder err

It may be due to the wrong optical connection, inverted encoder, or wrong voltage level selection.

7.Fault: over current

It may be that the brake is not turned on, the encoder voltage level is set incorrectly, the signal is interfered with, and the shield wire is disconnected.

8.Fault: brake l fault

It may be caused by DI1 wire sealing.

9.Fault: Earth Fault

It may be due to a problem with the insulation of the motor cable or the wrong wiring of the braking resistor.

10.Fault: short cirult

The possible cause is a problem with the insulation of the motor cable.

11.After the inverter is powered on, the main fan does not work and emits a "tick-tick" sound before the radio station signals the time on the hour.

Cause: The motherboard strip is loose.
