A total of 28.67 million yuan of various relief funds have been disbursed, benefiting 3160,000 person-times, so that they can enjoy and help as much as they deserve. Carry out the "Bridge Plan" project to provide targeted assistance to families and people in difficulty. The first disability prevention station in the region was set up to provide one-stop services such as policy consultation and acceptance, disability prevention publicity, assistive device rental display, and disability prevention consultation.
The number of registered unemployed in urban and rural areas with household registration in the city was controlled at 570, and the completion rate of successful entrepreneurship was 104%, and the placement rate of people in difficulty was 152%, basically completing the annual target of employment and entrepreneurship.
Enhance the work of double support and the service of "one network for all".
In cooperation with the Hongkou No. 6 Retired Cadres Recuperation Center, a characteristic demonstration service station for veterans and a double-support meeting room were built in Guangshui residential area to provide a variety of services such as policy consultation, party class education, and scholarly culture.
By the end of November, the community affairs acceptance service center had accepted 46,036 cases, 707 cases of "one-network office", and the use rate of "two exemptions from submission" was 9984%, continue to maintain the "zero negative evaluation" government service window.

"Beautiful Home" has completed the completion and acceptance of 9 communities, with a construction area of nearly 400,000 square meters, benefiting 6,802 residents, and further promoted the construction of 4 communities of the project in 2022, involving more than 270,000 square meters and 5,247 residents, and completed the application and approval of the project in 2023.
"Beautiful Block" promotes the renovation project of South Station Road, Guangling Second Road, and Guangyue Branch Road, mainly involving store signs, green landscapes, landscape lighting, sidewalks, and non-lanes. Promote the implementation of the "Cool City Warm Chair" convenience and practical project to further enhance the characteristics of the block.

Construct a blueprint for a 15-minute community life circle with the characteristics of Liangcheng, and form 75 projects. In 2023, a total of 1,273 disputes will be mediated through the "three-law linkage" platform, and 1,255 disputes will be successfully resolved, with a mediation success rate of 985%。The number of petition conflicts and disputes decreased by 57% year-on-year, and the total number of 12,345 cases decreased by 51 year-on-year26%。The Liangcheng Police Station ("Three Offices Linkage" Work Method for Resolving Difficult Disputes) was honorably selected as one of the 104 "Fengqiao Work Method" units in the country.
