KXT flexible rubber soft joints, also known as rubber joints, are a commonly used pipe connector. It is composed of rubber ball and metal flange, which has good pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, shock absorption and noise reduction performance. There are many classifications of KXT flexible rubber soft joints, the common ones are:

1.Classification by structural form:

a.Single Ball Rubber Joint: Simple structure, composed of one rubber ball and two metal flanges, suitable for the occasion of pipe angle of 0°.

b.Double Ball Rubber Joint: Composed of two rubber balls and a metal flange, it is suitable for applications with a pipe angle of 90°.

c.Three-Ball Rubber Joint: It is composed of three rubber balls and a metal flange, which is suitable for the occasion of pipe angle of 180°.

2.Classification by medium used:

a.Ordinary rubber joints: suitable for water, air, acid and alkali and other media.

b.Oil-resistant rubber fittings: suitable for oil-based media.

c.High temperature resistant rubber joints: suitable for high temperature media, such as steam, hot water, etc.

d.Corrosion-resistant rubber joints: suitable for corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis.

3.Classification by sphere material:

a.Natural rubber joint: a ball made of natural rubber, which has good elasticity and aging resistance.

b.Neoprene joints: balls made of neoprene, with good oil and corrosion resistance.

c.Nitrile rubber joints: Balls made of nitrile rubber, with good oil and chemical resistance.

d.Silicone rubber joints: Balls made of silicone rubber, with excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, can be used in the range of -60 +250.
