In her childhood, Zhang Chunlan was born on December 18, 1983 in Xinsi Village, Gao's hometown, Dazhu County. Born in a farming family, his parents were ordinary farmers, and he happily welcomed this meaningful daughter. However, Zhang Chunlan's childhood was not surrounded by affluent material conditions.

The family was poor, and the fields had just been contracted to the households, and the family lacked surplus grain except for being able to weigh salt and oil and pickles for rice. Her home was a simple slab house with walls made of blocks, barren and shabby. Zhang Chunlan's family of four is crammed into two rooms, struggling to make ends meet, and it is difficult to meet even basic living needs.

Zhang Chunlan in her childhood, carrying a worn-out canvas schoolbag, which witnessed her study from primary school to junior high school. Although shabby, this canvas bag is her right-hand man for her studies. In those days, books and knowledge were the best friends of poor rural children.

After entering junior high school, due to the family's financial constraints, my brother went out to work, and the space at home became even more cramped. The beds were covered with sun-dried straw, and the rudimentary furniture was placed in a disorderly manner. The living room and bedroom are combined into one, and life is in dire straits. In order to receive guests, Zhang Chunlan even had to linger among the neighbors.

In 1998, Zhang Chunlan, who was admitted to Miaoba High School, was forced to give up her studies and embark on the road of going out to work because of family difficulties. This decision made her drift away from her hometown and books.

Part-time work experience: Zhang Chunlan's hard work.

When she first arrived in Guangdong, Zhang Chunlan joined a leather shoe factory invested by a Taiwanese boss and began her part-time career. This factory requires exquisite craftsmanship, because the products are mainly exported to Japan, Southeast Asia and other places, and every link requires a high degree of technical requirements.

In the leather shoe factory, Zhang Chunlan initially worked as a garment worker, and her hard work made her a technical backbone in a short period of time. A year later, she was promoted to workshop leader, with an annual income of nearly 40,000 yuan.

It's all thanks to her diligence and perseverance. In Zhang Chunlan's view, part-time work is not only to make a living, but also an opportunity to learn Xi and progress. She took time off to practice her Xi and improve her skills. In that era when she was not favored, she was like a small wave in the tide of migrant workers, blooming in hard work.

In the past ten years, Zhang Chunlan has sent home all the money she earns from her part-time job, and her family life has undergone earth-shaking changes. From the simple slab house to the two-storey bungalow, the furniture is also richer. Her hard work has resulted in a happy family.

Family Story: From a Panelled House to a Happy Family.

In 2001, Zhang Chunlan was introduced by an acquaintance to Zhong Chengyong, a farmer at a construction site, from Paopu Village, Taihe Township, Linshui County. After a year of love, a wedding was held in Guangdong on December 18, 2002 (Zhang Chunlan's birthday) and became the new daughter-in-law of Linshui.

After marriage, Zhong Chengyong left the construction site and devoted himself to his career with his wife. The joint efforts of the husband and wife have made their annual income reach 60,000 or 70,000 yuan.

In 2004, in order to improve the living environment, they demolished two earthen houses and built three buildings with one floor and one bottom. The new house cost 70,000 or 80,000 yuan, and the renovation cost 30,000 yuan. Today, the home is spacious and bright, and the living space is fully optimized.

Women are like flowers, and Zhang Chunlan takes care of her territory. She personally went to Dazhu County to select furniture, spent 20,000 yuan, and all kinds of furniture were readily available. Today, their family still has tens of thousands of yuan in savings.

Zhang Chunlan is full of hope for the future, and she hopes to return to school to continue her studies in preparation for opening a small leather shoe factory in the future. Nowadays, with the rapid development of Linshui and the favorable conditions for attracting investment, she is convinced that she can achieve business success in her hometown with her own conditions.

Zhang Chunlan was full of emotion that the opportunity for rural prosperity had been realized through reform and opening up, and her gratitude to the party was beyond words. It is in this context that everyone has the opportunity to make a fortune through hard work and legal operation, pursue the value of life, and realize their ideals.
