3. The width of the discharge port is too wide.
In the opinion of many people in the industry, the wider the discharge port of the jaw crusher, the better, but in fact, the larger the width of the discharge port of the same size jaw crusher, the more likely it is to return material.
4. The size difference of the material to be broken is large.
Normally, the particle size of the raw materials of the jaw crusher is not much different, which can ensure uniform blanking, but if the particle size of the raw materials to be crushed is very different, the return material will occur.
Solution: 1. According to the material requirements, select the crushing machine number that matches the product specifications.
2. If the jaw plate is seriously worn and there is a backflow of materials, it is necessary to repair or replace the new jaw plate.
3. When the particle size of the material is different, the material should be screened. The coarse jaw crusher can be selected for pre-treatment, and then the fine jaw crusher can be selected for fine processing, so as to meet the requirements for the material.
4. Add a wedge on the joint surface of the moving jaw and the movable jaw plate, so that the angle between the two plates can be reduced, as long as the angle does not exceed two internal friction angles, the reflux problem can be well solved.
5. Add a protective plate above the inlet of the mine jaw crusher to avoid raw materials splashing out from the inlet and injuring the operator.
