Since last year, in response to Western sanctions, Russia has diversified its energy targets. Rosneft has diverted the eastern Siberian ** to Asia and restarted transporting oil by rail. The port of Kozimino, located at the end of the East Siberian-Pacific oil pipeline system in Russia's Far East, handles about 42.5 million tons of oil this year.

"We have brought the nearby Gruzovaya railway station into normal operation so that the railway can add 7 million tons of transshipment supplies to the port of Kozymino," Tokarev said. ”
