1. Type B flexible waterproof casing, Type A flexible waterproof casing, rigid waterproof casing, PVC floor drain casing: determine the specification and length of the casing according to the thickness and diameter of the penetrated structure. The top of the casing installed on the cast-in-place slab should be 20mm higher than the finished surface, and the lower end should be flush with the floor. The gap between the wall casing and the pipe should be filled with flame-retardant dense material, and the inner hole should be lubricated.

The filler is stuffed into the box and needs to be calibrated during the concrete pouring process. Protect the film box and embedded parts to prevent them from moving.

1. The construction of cement mortar in the inner cavity of the flexible waterproof casing is first prefabricated by the manufacturer from scratch, and the pipeline is installed and welded. After the deformation of the backfill is stabilized, the inner cavity of the socket is processed.

2. Before the construction of the inner cavity mortar, the deformation of the pipeline should be checked, and whether the longitudinal deformation is greater than the design requirements.

3. Before construction, the pipeline must be cleaned to remove the loose iron oxide scale in the inner cavity of the pipeline. Including slag, soil, ecological damage and other attachments, and it should be noted that the protrusion height of the inner cavity weld should not be greater than the thickness of the mortar.

4. Except for the socket, all parts must be wiped by hand, and the rest must be sprayed mechanically.

5. The cement mortar must be fully stirred by machinery, and the consistency of the mortar must meet the requirements of uniform compaction. The mortar must also be used before initial setting.

6. The weight ratio of cement mortar can be selected in the range of 1:1 or 1:2. The slump of cement mortar is 60-80mm. When the pipe diameter is less than 1000mm, it can be slightly increased, but 120mm is the maximum limit. The compressive strength of cement mortar should not be less than 30MPa.
