On December 14, the Third Engineering Branch held the economic planning and adjustment meeting of the chemical bid section 1 of the refining and chemical integration project of Yulong Petrochemical Company, focusing on the discussion and adjustment and optimization of the economic planning of the chemical project bid section 1. Members of the branch team, directors of each management center, and members of the Yulong Petrochemical project team attended the meeting.
The Yulong Island Refining and Chemical Integration Project is built in Yulong Petrochemical Industrial Park, Longkou City, with a total investment of 149.3 billion yuan in the first phase of the project, which is a key construction project of the national "14th Five-Year Plan" and the No. 1 project and landmark construction project of Shandong Province to implement the national "conversion of old and new kinetic energy and achieve high-quality development", which is of great significance to the realization of industrial transformation and upgrading in Shandong Province.
The chemical industry bid section 1 undertaken by the company's Yulong petrochemical project mainly includes the construction and installation of 5 sets of core devices, including 1.5 million tons of ethylene, 850,000 tons of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation, 550,000 tons of aromatic hydrocarbon extraction, 200,000 tons of butadiene extraction, and 2060,000 tons of MTBE butene-1. At present, the construction of the five sets of devices has fully entered the stage of pipeline pressure testing and finishing.
At the economic planning and adjustment meeting, the participants of the branch focused on "cost-effectiveness", and carried out a refined analysis of the professional economic planning, revenue cost, budget preparation and other aspects of the chemical industry 1 bid section device, and put forward their own optimization and adjustment suggestions.
