In order to make customers better understand the operation method of LB-8100A push-pull machine, today, we will introduce the main components of the push-pull machine and the use of push-pull tester.
1.1. Binocular observation microscope.
It is used for observation during the entire thrust and pull test.
Grips the item being tested with two knobs that can be used to release the fixed part and select the step.
The module blocks used to test different functions mainly include thrust test, pull test, and shear force, and different modules meet different test requirements.
Equipped with a thrust and pull test module.
1) According to the requirements of the test, select the module, including DSLOOKG-thrust, BS250G-thrust, WPLOOG-pull, and install it.
2) Steps to install the module:
a.Handle the mod carefully.
b.The V-shaped groove of the module is aligned with the V-shaped groove of the fixture seat.
c.The V-shaped groove of the module is against the V-shaped groove of the fixture seat, press the lower left side of the module with the left hand to make the module close to the fixture seat, slowly push the module in with the right hand until the module is fully connected with the fixture seat, and finally lock the black fixing screw above to lock the module.
Thrust 10kg, thrust 5kg, pull force 100g
3.6.1. Thrust correction steps.
1) Select the calibration fixture.
2) There are three types: 250g and 5kg.
3) Install the calibration fixture.
4) Fix the correction treatment on the disc of the machine.
5) Select the weight you want to correct.
6) Click to the module and enter the number of the calibration fixture, then press 0k.
7) Hang the required weights according to the screen display.
8) After adjusting the lower knife position, press 0k again.
9) After the calibration is completed, the module successful calibration record file will be displayed as the file in the C: LB8100A module, and the file name is the same as the serial number of the force tester.
3.6.2. Rally correction steps.
1) WP attaches the crochet for calibration.
2) Hold the correction hook upwards and tighten the screws to prevent them from falling.
3) When the action is completed, be sure to select the null button to avoid damage.
4) Select the weight you want to correct.
5) Click to the module and hang the required magnetic code according to the screen display.
6) Place the code removal on the fixture, and adjust the correction hook within the range of the code hook to avoid touching the code removal code.
7) After the calibration is completed, the module will be displayed as the file in the C: LB8100A module, and the file name is the same as the serial number of the force tester.
3. Push-pull tester.
3.1. Most of the faults are due to abnormal switching on and off or the computer built-in software, and the elimination methods are as follows:
1) Turn off the LB8100A operating software first.
2) Close your Windows and computer.
3) Power off the main unit.
4) Wait for 1 minute before turning on the main engine.
5) Boot up Windows & Computer.
6) If there is still a problem, you can turn off the power of Windows, computer and the host, and then plug in the 100way cable behind the host and the computer and restart it.
3.2. The dynamometer moves abnormally during the test, and the elimination method is as follows
1) Check and adjust the required air pressure to the specified value.
2) If it cannot be adjusted to the required air pressure value, it is necessary to check the company's air pressure ** source.
3) If it still cannot be ruled out, it may be a fault of the tester, and the original manufacturer needs to be notified for maintenance.
