mkvv-10*2.5MKVV Mine Control Cable Standard.
1. Overview. mkvv-10*2.5MKVV mine control cable is a kind of high-quality control cable specially used in the underground environment of coal mines. It has excellent electrical, mechanical and environmental resistance, and can meet the needs of various complex environments in coal mines. This standard specifies MKVV-10*25MKVV mine control cable specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage requirements.
2. Specifications. mkvv-10*2.The specification of the 5MKVV mine control cable is 10 cores, and the cross-sectional area of each conductor is 25 mm². The cable conductor is made of high-quality oxygen-free copper wire, the insulation layer is made of polyvinyl chloride material with high insulation performance, and the sheath layer is made of flame-retardant, oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant polyvinyl chloride material. The cable has a rated voltage of 300 500V and a rated current of 400A.
3. Technical requirements.
1.The electrical performance of the cable shall meet the requirements of GB T9330-2008 "Copper Core Plastic Insulated Power Cable with Rated Voltage of 3KV and Below", including DC resistance, insulation resistance, voltage resistance and other indicators.
2.The mechanical properties of the cable should have high tensile strength, flexibility and bending properties to meet the installation and movement needs of underground equipment in coal mines.
3.The environmental resistance of the cable should meet the special requirements of the coal mine, including explosion-proof, waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-rat bite and other requirements.
4.The cable should have good flame retardant properties, which can delay combustion and reduce the risk of fire in case of fire.
5.The cable should have good oil resistance and corrosion resistance, and be able to be used for a long time in the oily and corrosive environment under the coal mine.
Fourth, the test method.
1.Electrical performance test: in accordance with the requirements of GB T9330-2008, DC resistance, insulation resistance, withstand voltage performance and other indicators are tested.
2.Mechanical property test: Tests on tensile strength, flexibility, bending properties, etc., are carried out to evaluate the mechanical properties of the cable.
3.Environmental resistance test: Explosion-proof, waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-rat bite and other aspects of the test to evaluate the environmental resistance of the cable.
4.Flame retardant performance test: Flame retardant performance test is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB T18380-2008 "Combustion Test of Cables and Optical Cables under Flame Conditions".
5.Oil resistance and corrosion resistance test: Conduct oil resistance, corrosion resistance and other aspects of the test to evaluate the oil resistance and corrosion resistance of the cable.
5. Inspection rules.
1.Each batch of cables should be visually inspected and dimensioned to ensure that there are no obvious defects in appearance and that the size meets the requirements.
2.Each batch of cables shall be tested for electrical properties, mechanical properties, environmental resistance and other aspects in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and in accordance with GB T28281-2008 "Counting Sampling Inspection Procedures Part 1: Batch-by-Lot Inspection Sampling Plan for Receiving Quality Limit (AQL) Search" for sampling inspection.
3.For unqualified cables, double sampling inspection should be carried out, and if there are still nonconforming products, they should be inspected one by one until they are qualified.
4.After passing the inspection, the inspection report shall be issued and stamped with the inspection seal.
