In March this year, everyone learned a good news that Xiangyang Zhongyan Heating *** has heating pipes near the community. After negotiation, the residents of the city axis community and nearly 100 residents of the family courtyard of the adjacent No. 3 bus company signed a heating contract with Xiangyang China Combustion Heating Power and paid the heating fee. The heating business of the two communities is jointly developed by Xiangyang China Gas Heating and Hubei Xiangdi Municipal Engineering, and it is guaranteed to start heating on November 25.
But by the end of November, residents in both communities discovered that the heating pipes in the communities had not yet been connected to the central heating mains.
