The main structure of the Civil Code is introduced, the significance of its promulgation is emphasized, and the provisions on property inheritance and marriage that are of most concern to the disabled are interpreted. Combined with real cases, the hot issues of concern to persons with disabilities, such as the rights enjoyed by persons with disabilities in participating in litigation, were explained in detail. At the same time, it emphasizes the specific ways in which the Law on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities protects and protects the legitimate rights and interests of persons with disabilities. The participants said that they benefited a lot. 
The lecture also set up interactive sessions such as on-site questions and legal knowledge answers. Everyone actively asked questions and actively participated, and the atmosphere was warm and harmonious.
