1. Medical stainless steel.

At present, it is the most widely used and most widely used type of biomedical metal materials. Medical stainless steel is mainly used in the replacement and repair of the skeletal system, and is also used in dentistry, cardiac surgery, cardiovascular implant stents, etc. Austenitic stainless steels, especially 316L stainless steels, have better corrosion resistance than other stainless steels. 316L rust steel is a commonly used metal material for making medical artificial joints, mainly used as joint stems and joint heads, puncture needles, catheters, needle tubes, etc.

2. Medical cobalt-based alloys.

Compared with stainless steel, medical cobalt-based alloys are more suitable for the manufacture of long-term implants with harsh internal bearing conditions. However, due to the high cost of cobalt-based alloys, and the biological problems such as allergenicity of CO and Ni elements in the alloys, the application is limited to a certain extent. Cobalt-based alloys are usually referred to as Co-Cr alloys, and there are two basic grades: Co-Cr-Mo and Co-Ni-Cr-Mo alloys. Forged co-ni-cr-mo alloy is a new material used to manufacture the backbone of joint replacement prosthesis connectors, such as knee and hip replacement prostheses.

1. Overview of Inconel 601 (N06601) nickel-based alloys

Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) nickel-based alloy contains 210-25.0%, a high-temperature nickel-based alloy with a nickel content of about 72%, Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) nickel-based alloy material has strong oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and it also has high mechanical properties at high temperatures. Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) nickel-based alloy has high high temperature strength and excellent oxidation, carburizing and sulfurization resistance. In particular, it has excellent resistance to oxide scale peeling in environments with drastic temperature changes and repeated oxidation, so it is widely used in various heat treatment furnace components and glow plug parts for diesel automobiles.

3. Physical properties of Inconel 601 (N06601) nickel-based alloy (annealing):

1. Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) nickel-based alloy density: 842 g cm3 (grams cubic centimeters).

2. Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) nickel-based alloy modulus of elasticity: 1247-206.5gpa。

3. Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) nickel-based alloy gold melting point: 1360-1411 °C.

4. Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) Nickel-based Alloy Thermal Expansion Coefficient (20 - 100°C): 1375μ m/m °c。

5. Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) specific heat of nickel-based alloys (J kg K): 451.

4. Mechanical properties of Inconel 601 (N06601) nickel-based alloy:

1. Tensile strength (MPa): RM N mm2 550.

2. Yield strength (MPa): rp02n/mm2 ≥ 205。

3. Elongation: A5% 30.

5. Inconel 601 (N06601) nickel-based alloy processing heat treatment

Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) nickel-based alloys are not precipitation-hardened alloys and, therefore, cannot be age-hardened by heat treatment. When the temperature reaches about 900 °C after cold working, the material will soften, and if the material needs to have high temperature strength, it is recommended to carry out solution heat treatment at a temperature of 1100 1200. In this case, the cooling method is water cooling, and air cooling can also be used depending on the plate thickness. However, in order to avoid carbide precipitation, it is recommended to cool as quickly as possible in the 500 800 temperature range.

6. Inconel 601 (N06601) nickel-based alloy machinability:

Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) nickel-based alloys are relatively easy to heat process. The heating temperature is 1150 1200 °C, the hot working temperature is 1050 1200 °C, and simple processing can be carried out below 850°C. Cracking can occur in the 650 850 temperature range, so be sure to avoid machining in this temperature range. With regard to cooling after thermal processing, in order to avoid carbide precipitation, it is advisable to increase the cooling rate in the range of 500 800. Alloy 601 has excellent cold workability and can be processed in the same way as SUS 310S and Alloy800.

7. Variety, specification and state of INCONEL601 (N06601) nickel-based alloy:

1. Variety classification: special alloys can produce various specifications of Inconel601 seamless pipes, Inconel601 steel plates, Inconel601 round bars, Inconel601 forgings, Inconel601 flanges, Inconel601 rings, Inconel601 welded pipes, Inconel601 steel strips, Inconel601 wires and supporting welding consumables.
