At 6 a.m. on November 29, the 10th detachment of the Beijing Municipal Traffic and Transportation Comprehensive Law Enforcement Corps received a report that there was a large amount of muck and debris on the K21 to K31 sections of the Beijing-Harbin Expressway out of Beijing, resulting in a lane being forced to close, affecting the smooth flow of the highway and driving safety.
After receiving the report, the law enforcement officers immediately coordinated with the high-speed maintenance company to clean up the road pollution in a timely manner, maintain the road traffic order, and immediately rushed to the scene to investigate, and jointly with the public security traffic management department, found and locked the suspected illegal vehicles. Jointly interview the parties, explain the relevant laws and regulations to the parties, use typical accident cases to lay out facts and reason, and explain the serious consequences of illegal acts. The party admitted that in order to evade surveillance and tracking, he deliberately replaced the license plate with an unrecognizable damaged license plate when the muck vehicle came out, and did not load it strictly with the cover, resulting in the illegal act of scattering a large amount of muck.
The 10th detachment of the Beijing Municipal Traffic and Transportation Comprehensive Law Enforcement Corps imposed administrative penalties on its illegal acts of polluting the road surface in accordance with the law, and the public security traffic management department punished it for the illegal act of intentionally defacing the number plate of a motor vehicle, and the party concerned paid compensation to the road maintenance unit for cleaning up the road surface.
