Xiaohe Jiayuan is divided into block A-F, with a total of 46 residences, 3,768 households, and more than 10,000 permanent residents. The "Black Tea Meeting" is a characteristic grassroots people's livelihood consultation mechanism in Xiaohe Street, and since March, a series of "Black Tea Talks" activities have been held. Tongjiang Bridge High-rise and Huangcheng Huayuan Community, Ziyang Street, Shangcheng District, was built in 1995 and is an earlier high-rise residential community in Hangzhou, with a total of 4 buildings. Among them, 3 are Tongjiangqiao high-rise communities, and 1 is Huangcheng Huayuan Community, with a total of 522 residents. Before the renovation, the two communities shared a living water pump room, the pipeline was rusted, the pipe burst was serious, the water pressure was unstable, the water experience was poor, and the original pump room was limited by the site space and did not have the conditions for transformation.

The city and district secondary supply renovation team took the lead, organized the housing and construction, planning and other departments to carry out the joint review of the secondary supply renovation project, followed the principle of "respecting reality and adapting measures to local conditions", and rebuilt the idle gas station in the community as the community pump room, on the one hand, it solved the problem of site selection of the secondary pump room, and on the other hand, avoided the problem of noise avoidance effect of the pump room before the transformation. After the renovation, the community was successfully connected to water in September this year.

Jinyunfang Community, Liangzhu Street, Yuhang District, and Dadong District, Liangzhu Qixian County, share the same water supply system, because it is located in the mid-mountainous area, affected by the insufficient water supply pressure during the peak period, and the residents have an urgent need for secondary supply transformation.

The second district supply team took the lead, together with the water supply enterprises to systematically analyze the water supply problem of the community, break the traditional design ideas, adapt measures to local conditions, and set up the highest point of Jinyunfang from the second supply system of Dadong District, so as to alleviate the pressure on the water supply system of the entire Dadong District. At the same time, the organization of planning, garden, housing and other departments to jointly review, the use of ground space to effectively solve the problem of pump room space. Take multiple measures, break the routine, realize "one child, full revitalization", and accurately seek a transformation path to solve problems and solve people's worries.
Yinhu Street, Fuyang District:
Located in Yinhu Street, Fuyang District, Yunshui Mountain Residence Community, built in 2003, involves 125 buildings, 1,107 households, and a population of more than 3,000 people. During the preliminary visit, it was learned that the residents were worried about the placement of facilities and equipment pipes in the construction process, and the dirty environment of the community caused by the construction.
At the same time, we gave full play to the leading role of party building, and mobilized party members and women volunteers to carry out door-to-door persuasion and do a good job of explanation through day and night talks, which won the understanding and support of residents. During the transformation, the community secretary organized the community and the representatives of the residents' party members to set up a temporary supervision group for the transformation, focusing on supervising the progress, quality and safe and civilized construction of the community. At present, the community has been completed and connected to water.
