The experience of successfully going ashore in the "Three Branches and One Support" program has been a challenging and rewarding journey for me. In this process, I deeply experienced the hardships and warmth of grassroots work, and also gained valuable life experience and growth.

When I first came ashore, I was full of nervousness and anticipation. I am well aware of the importance and arduousness of the work of "three branches and one support", so I have always maintained a high sense of responsibility and professionalism. In my work, I actively learn Xi business knowledge and strive to improve my work ability to better serve the grassroots people.

As my work deepened, I gradually adapted to the rhythm of life and work at the grassroots level. I found that grassroots work is trivial but indispensable, and every detail needs to be done with our hearts. In the process, I not only learned how to communicate with people and how to solve problems, but also learned how to pay attention to details and how to make better work results.

At the same time, I also deeply felt the simplicity and enthusiasm of the grassroots people. Although their living conditions are limited, they have always maintained an optimistic attitude. Their support and trust have strengthened my belief in serving the grassroots.

In the "Three Branches and One Support" program, I also met many like-minded colleagues and friends. We struggle and grow together, encourage and help each other. Their companionship and support made me cherish this precious experience even more.

Overall, the "Three Branches and One Support" program has given me a lot of gains. It not only allowed me to understand the real situation of grassroots work, but also taught me how to serve the grassroots people. At the same time, it also strengthened my life beliefs and career plans. I believe that this experience will be a valuable asset in my life. Autumn and Winter Check-in Challenge
