Hanhui Primary School in Kaifu District is located in Hanhui Village, Laodaohe Town, and is the only minority school in Changsha City. The school's teachers are structurally short of staff, and the school-based curriculum of "Hui Customs" is difficult to implement due to the lack of material resources. She designed a catalogue and prepared a sample for the Hui Customs-based Curriculum Resource Kit for Hanhui Primary School, and guided the school to establish a one-on-one teacher collaboration development team with its counterpart school, Qingshuitang Primary School. With the expansion of the city, the number of students in the century-old school in the former glorious city center has decreased year by year, and it has become a small school with less than 12 classes.
