Don t be a prisoner of thought

People don't live in the objective world, but in the subjective world of their own creation, and the world you see is different from the world I see, and you probably can't share a world with anyone. We always say that we should be rational about the world, but the basis of what makes people human is emotion.

The question of "who I am" is the basis of all our social behavior, and it stems from completely subjective self-judgment.

There is no good or bad thing that happens, what matters is how we perceive it.

There is nothing to regret in this world. For example, I love the wrong person, when I love him, I am sincere, and then where this relationship goes, what he thinks and thinks later, how he says, that is his business. It is providence to meet, and it is fate to separate. All I can do is that I have been sincere with him, and he has his cause and effect, and I have my creation. I treat myself and life sincerely, there are many things that I can't control, I take on all the responsibilities that I have to bear, and I don't go to the past and cling to the results that I can't control.

From this, the same is true for the people and things around me, I do what I can, as sincerely as possible. I don't force the result, and I don't care about what others think. To be free is to stop seeking recognition. I have taken a person seriously, whether it is worth it or not is his business, and it is my business to have a clear conscience.

Not caring about other people's evaluation, not being afraid of being hated, and not deliberately seeking the approval of others is the ultimate path to freedom and happiness.

Life is only a few decades, and we do not live in the expectations of others. Once you care what other people think of you, you're drawing a prison. Man is a prisoner of ideas, and the only one who can trap you is yourself. You become the ** of other people's opinions, and there is nothing more cruel than judging yourself by the ideas of others.

Hearing different points of view does not need to judge right or wrong, but to comprehend, and it turns out that there is such a perspective in thinking.

Abandoning the vanity and pride in the character, unearned gains, and opportunistic shortcuts, people can only take a shortcut to success in life if they have the courage to face themselves.

Be result-oriented, but don't be overly obsessed with the result, which will increase psychological pressure and internal friction.

Much of the pain you feel is something that your values bring to you, not that it really exists. Only by constantly refining one's thinking and cognition and achieving self-consistency can it be easy to approach happiness.
