1.The input of oil tank heating, we must pay attention to two points, one is the monitoring of the temperature of the oil tank, in principle, no more than 30, the other is the hydrophobicity of the oil tank steam heating, part of the thermal power plant is empty, the size of the on-site opening should be adjusted in time according to the temperature change, and to grasp the temperature situation at the first time, and can not do without mobile phones and other facilities.

2.There are two kinds of electrostatic precipitator heating devices, one is steam heating, the other is electric heating, steam heating is best fully opened, the greater the steam circulation, the better, and the electric heating attention switch trips and so on.

3.The air compressor system is mainly the use of dryers, the difference between condensing dryers and heating dryers is quite big, and the general heating dryers have very little water with compressed air. However, because the compressed air is used in the whole plant, the pipeline is relatively long, so the system sewage discharge work should be strengthened, and it is recommended to keep the state of micro opening in remote places.

4.The slurry pump system, some small units are still in use, and the slurry pump pipeline is easy to store water inside due to the setting, so it must be switched regularly, or a water discharge device must be installed at the slurry pump.

5.Zero-meter fire water system, it is recommended to install a straight pipe system, which I have seen in other power plants, install pipelines at the bottom of all fire water to make the fire water flow back. As long as the water flows, the chance of freezing is generally very small.

6.The cooling water of the overhauled equipment should be opened by the maintenance personnel in time, and the overnight retention measures are not allowed.
