Recently, the Rural Tourism Farmers' Cooperative of the First Village of Nan Rolling River Nature Reserve in Cangyuan County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province (hereinafter referred to as "Nan Rolling River Cooperative") successfully won the bid for the 2023 Bee Breeding Project in Yongde County, Lincang City. This marks an important breakthrough in the Cangyuan bee industry, which has been supported by China Eastern Airlines for a long time. In the fiercely competitive orders, this village-level cooperative stands out because of the solid support of China Eastern Airlines for many years to actively help the revitalization of rural industries in the south of Caiyun.

There are many provincial-level enterprises in Yunnan Province that compete for orders with Nanluanhe cooperatives, and a village-level cooperative can stand out, which has aroused widespread attention in the local area. Behind this, in recent years, China Eastern Airlines has actively helped the development of the Cangyuan bee industry, helped establish the Cangyuan Experimental Station of the Bee Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, supported the long-term stationing of experts, carried out scientific research on bee breeding, pollination, collection, production and processing around the clock, and aided the construction of Cangyuan Chinese Bee Jiaowei Farm and Breeding Farm, which not only developed the popular "rice ball flower black honey" in the bee industry It also actively cultivates Chinese bee species suitable for the local ecological environment and industrial development, and reduces the loss rate of bee colonies, increases yields and improves honey quality through biotechnology and information technology empowerment. After years of technical research and development, the fifth generation of Chinese honey bee species in southern Yunnan has been cultivated that are suitable for the local climate characteristics, altitude and nectar source distribution, which is gradually changing the situation that local bee species need to be introduced from other places in the past.
Cangyuan County's first order for the sale of bee seeds to the outside world made the Chinese bee utilization and ecological innovation research team of the Bee Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Cangyuan, the cadres of China Eastern Airlines in the village rooted in Wa Township, and the local party members and cadres in Cangyuan all excited. All parties who care about and participate in Cangyuan's "sweet cause" said that they will seize the opportunity to further develop the Cangyuan bee industry, help beekeepers increase their income, and firmly grasp the excellent seed source to effectively ensure the continuation of high-quality genes of Chinese bees in China.
The successful winning of the bid is not only a victory for Nanluanhe Cooperative, but also a fruitful result of China Eastern Airlines' long-term support for the Cangyuan bee industry. Through scientific and technological innovation and all-round support, it has not only improved the technical level of local beekeepers, but also cultivated Chinese bee varieties that adapt to the local environment.
