2. Felodipine sustained-release tablets: the most common adverse reaction is mild to moderate ankle edema, which is caused by peripheral vasodilation and is dose-related. Facial flushing, headache, palpitations, dizziness, and fatigue may occur at the beginning** or at increasing doses. These reactions are often short-lived. Occasionally, fatigue, tachycardia, nausea, abdominal pain, rash, itching, dizziness, and paresthesias may occur.

5. Nifedipine controlled-release tablets: facial flushing is common in first-time users, followed by palpitations and sinus tachycardia. Some people have numbness at the base of the tongue, dry mouth, sweating, headache, nausea, loss of appetite, etc.
6. Amlodipine: dizziness, headache, flushing, and hypotension caused by vasodilation can be seen. Tachycardia, peripheral edema (especially at the ankle). Palpitations, sadness and other gastrointestinal discomfort and depression are less common. Rarely, angina, bradycardia, and orthostatic hypotension are common. Allergic reactions may include drug eruptions, fever, and abnormal liver function. Animal experiments have teratogenicity.
7. Valsartan: rare orthostatic blood pressure changes: occasional mild headache, dizziness, fatigue, abdominal pain, dry cough, increased blood potassium, neutropenia, decreased hemoglobin and hematocrit, increased serum creatinine and transaminases: diarrhea, rhinitis, pharyngitis, arthralgia, nausea and other reports have been reported.
