Hisense Group now has 7 departments, 4 centers, 1 college and 1 office, namely: Strategic Development Department, Human Resources Department, Finance Department, Operation Management Department, Brand Department, Quality Promotion Department, Intellectual Property and Legal Affairs Department, Technology Research and Development Center, Information Technology Center, Settlement Center, Customer Service Center and Hisense College and President's Office. Among them, the Strategic Development Department is directly under the leadership of the Board of Directors, responsible for the Group's industrial investment, property rights reform, capital operation, strategic research and organizational formulation, and guides the corresponding work of each subsidiary in business. All other departments are directly under the leadership of the managerial level, and are responsible for the functional management and service of the corresponding aspects of the group. The four centres charge their subsidiaries for their services and are largely self-supporting at present.
Through these functional departments, the group company manages more than 30 companies involved in home appliances, information, communications, real estate and other industrial fields that it holds and shares holdings, and some of its subsidiaries have their own subsidiaries through investment and holding.
