Coffee shops: If you take the time to learn about the coffee shop industry, you'll find yourself wasting that time. The four major pits of literary and artistic youth entrepreneurship - coffee shops, homestays, flower shops, and bookstores. Life is fair, and although you gain a lot of money by opening a coffee shop, you also lose money.
The main reason is that the coffee shop industry is too mature, and there are too many big brands, and you can't compete with others. The Flute Friends Club has had flute friends who have opened coffee shops every year over the years, and I haven't heard of anyone making special money. Either it's a loss, or it's a tie or a little profit. You open a coffee shop, **taste, service, environment, you can hardly say that you are much stronger than a big brand, but people rely on the brand alone to crush you. Why does those coffee shops look so ordinary, but they can be so confident?
If a coffee shop wants to make money, I think there may be two directions:

Clothing store: If you open a clothing store, don't you want to be sad. You have nothing to do to go to the mall to know it, now, the good business is generally the leisure terminal, and the business of the retail terminal is very miserable. What is a leisure terminal?It is those that include experience parts, such as selling food and playing, these businesses are not easy to be snatched up online, and they are often queued. What is a retail terminal?It is a store that sells goods, and basically there are more clerks than customers, and clothing stores are the most typical representatives.
Today's young people are accustomed to buying clothes online, which are cheap and can be returned. In this regard, offline clothing stores have no advantage at all. If you really want to open an offline clothing store, you may only have to do it with a** + short ** + live broadcast. But why bother thinking about it?It's better to open ** directly, save the store rent, and there are no gangsters who come to trouble you.
Foot massage shop: Affected by the epidemic in the past two years, large foot massage shops are not easy to do, and small and medium-sized ones are OK. Many people ask me about my entrepreneurial project, and often compare the foot massage shop with the ear cleaning shop, and I personally think that the foot massage shop is better than the ear cleaning shop, after all, the frequency is higher. Now there is a small trend in foot massage shops, that is, everyone relies on low prices to attract traffic, and then fools customers in and makes money by selling medicines. You can sell some drugs for nail fungus and beriberi, which are highly profitable. A customer order washes feet for 50, but you can earn 500 by selling medicine, which is directly 10 times. Moreover, the medicine also talks about the course of treatment, and it talks about path dependence, which can directly trap the other party, and then fool the other party to apply for a recharge card, which is simply cool and crooked.
Bubble tea shop: I don't think there is much chance in the bubble tea shop, and it is better to open a bubble tea shop than to be a second wife. Not only is there no chance to open a bubble tea shop, but there is no chance to attract investment in a bubble tea shop and fool others to join you. The bubble tea shop is probably the most popular of the small entrepreneurial projects. Anyway, I don't think it's easy to make anything I drink, such as milk tea, coffee, red wine, tea, and the most pitiful thing is mineral water. It looks very profitable, but because of the high degree of homogeneity, the concentration of big brands is very high, and consumers will only buy big brands, not miscellaneous brands that you have never heard of.
Hot pot restaurant: In my own experience, eating is easier to make than drinking, because it is easy to make some differentiation. Especially these things with high oil, high salt and high sugar, hot pot, fried chicken, and spicy hot, taste slightly better, ** are more affordable, and they can make money. However, the catering industry is hard, getting up early and greedy for darkness, which is particularly tiring.
Breakfast bar: The breakfast bar should be the most tiring of all the food and beverage items, because you have to wake up early. Like a steamed bun shop or steamed bun shop, you have to get up at two or three o'clock in the morning to make noodles, earlier than Kobe, and fatigue itself is a threshold. But the breakfast shop is one of the least risky places to start a business. The investment is small, the demand is rigid, the frequency is high, the market is large, and the gross profit is high. Who is more suitable for opening a script killing shop?I think there are two types of people: the first type is that you are a veteran player. I especially like to play with this thing and like to study this thing. Souvenir shop: I should have said more than once, I don't like souvenirs very much, the main reason is that souvenirs are not delicious, and if they are delicious, they are not called souvenirs. Like you would say that hot pot is a Sichuan specialty, you won't say that, because it has long been popular. Only those that are not popular are left, and only the locals eat them. Like what. Forget it, don't give examples, offend people.
If you open a souvenir shop, who will you sell it to?!Locals will most likely not buy from your new store, either go to an old store with a good reputation, or buy it directly from the Internet at a low price.
Sell to outsiders?Maybe it's a feasible idea, open in a place with a large number of foreign tourists, and then sell a little more expensive to pit the other party, anyway, there are no repeat customers. It can only be said that society is very simple, and it is people who are complicated. However, this model is not very in line with my own business philosophy, so I am especially discouraged from opening a souvenir store in general.
Express Station: I feel average about this project, mainly because of the hard money. There are three main incomes of express stations: one is express delivery, cooperation with express outlets, paid by outlets or express brothers, generally between 4 and 8 cents;The second is to send a piece on behalf of the mail, which charges 3 to 5 yuan;The third is to use traffic to engage in other businesses, such as community **, selling lottery tickets, selling tobacco, alcohol, tea, and non-staple food. As long as you are diligent and willing to work, it is unlikely that you will lose money, please have fewer people, and do more by yourself, and it is no problem to earn 1-20,000 yuan of hard-earned money a month.
Self-service car wash: We talked about this project in the flute club, and I think it's pretty good. Many people can't tell the difference between self-service car wash and automatic car wash. Self-service car washing is that the owner washes it with equipment by himself, and automatic car washing is a large machine that automatically brushes it for you. Now these two models are quite popular, and I am relatively optimistic about the former. Because the former** is lower, and it is not easy to damage the paint.
This project is especially suitable for small places, if your local car wash is more expensive, you can find an address, can radiate a good traffic flow, and there are no competitors within a radius of three to five kilometers, I think you can give it a try. The investment is only tens of thousands of yuan, and there is no difficulty in operation, if the site is well chosen, it is still possible to earn one or two thousand yuan a month, and it may be difficult to make a fortune, but you don't have to worry too much.
Some suggestions:1Budget enough: Generally speaking, you'll need to spend about twice as much as your budget to open a store. For example, if you are expected to spend 100,000 yuan to open a store, you must prepare at least 200,000 yuan;It is expected to cost 500,000, and you have to prepare at least 1 million, because there will be a lot of unexpected links and expenses in between.
2.Don't do it if you're not familiar with it: There are several layers of meaning in this. First try to choose an industry that you like and are familiar with, so that the risk can be minimizedIf you insist on choosing an unfamiliar industry, then you better go to that industry for 3-5 monthsIf it doesn't work, at least make sure you do your own basic research.

4.WeChat: Offline traffic is very valuable, with a sense of trust and precision. 5.Combined online: physical stores should still be combined with online, you can open a store, do short, and the WeChat marketing mentioned above can also be combined together.
