Input reactor
The incoming reactor can provide overload protection for the line power supply and reduce the electrical product introduction generated by the inverter: flow harmonic distortion;Improve the power factor of the input power supply, reduce the higher harmonics, and suppress the surge of the inverter on the power supply equipment. The voltage drop value of a reactor is defined as the potential difference between the incoming and outgoing lines of the rated power supply, and if it is greater than this value, it will cause a loss of torque.
Application: Incoming reactors are recommended especially in the following environments:
1. Several inverters are connected in parallel and tightly connected 2. The line power supply has obvious disturbances (interference overvoltages) from other equipment
3. There is a voltage imbalance between the phases of the line power supply, exceeding 1 of the rated voltage8%
4. A large number of inverters are installed on the same line 5. Reduce the overload on the COSF correction capacitor if the device contains a power coefficient.
6. The power supply capacity is 600kva and above, and the inverter is installed away from the large-capacity power correction equipment.
Within 10m.
7. The inverter is powered by a line with very low impedance (the capacity of the transformer is 10 times higher than the rated value of the inverter).
Environmental conditions of use:
1. The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.
2.The operating ambient temperature is -25°C +45°C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 90%.
3.There are no harmful gases around, no flammable and explosive materials.
4.The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions, such as installed in the cabinet, ventilation equipment should be installed.
5. Temperature resistance grade: F class (155°C) or above.
